I just want to let you know how superior your
dealership is. I purchased my Forester in 2003 from Bob Baker and have
taken my car to Bob Baker Carlsbad for all servicing, except for some oil
changes. I recently had an issue with a leaky head gasket and although
the car had 160,000 miles, your employees, Rick and Dawn, contacted Subaru to
ask them to assist me with the costs of the engine repair. As far as I am
concerned, in this day and age where the service industry is seriously lacking
in service-oriented employees or companies, Rick, Dawn & the Bob Baker Company are superior in their respect, concern and care of Bob Baker's
customers. I was beyond surprised when they told me that Subaru would
assist with the engine repair and am extremely grateful for that assistance!!! I
have always been pleased with the service I've received at Bob Baker Carlsbad
and even more so since Dawn has been employed there. She is a consummate
professional who cares about the service her customers receive. Thank you!!!

I wanted to tell you that I thought Dawn was extremely courteous,
knowledgeable and showed excellent customer service. She was very sensitive to
the fact that our finances, (not being what they use to be) were causing me
much concern. She explained everything to me and even drew a picture to show me
what the problem was with my car. Although it is painful to have to bring my
car in to be fixed because of costs, Dawn put my fears to rest and followed
through with a concrete evaluation of what needs to be done. She also explained
why the last service I had at another place was faulty and left me broken down
on the freeway. I think her so much!
