    BILL KORNIK

    Bill started selling cars in 1970 at Guaranty Chevrolet in San Diego. He came to Bob Baker Volkswagen/Subaru over 20 years ago and is now General Manager. He was born here in San Diego, and grew up in La Mesa, Ca. Graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute Bill has attended the Colorado Alpine College, National Center for Montessori Education, and the National Auto Dealers Graduation Program. Bill was the Regional Vice-President for the California Motor Car Dealers Association from 2000 - 2003.
    Bill is married and has 3 children and 2 grand-children.  His interest include surfing, hiking, biking, motorcycling, local and international travel, playing the ukulele, gardening, and Koi fish.  Bill is a member of the San Diego Zoological Society, San Diego County Horticultural Society, San Diego County Koi Club, Surfrider Foundation and the George Formby Society.

    Don has been a part of the Bob Baker Automotive group for over 18 years.  He has worked in the Parts and Service Departments, and has been the Customer Service Manager since 1997. 
    Don is married with 4 sons.  His wife Debby is the Warranty Adminstrator / Cashier at Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru as well. 

    Don is a 12 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is very active playing softball and manages two softball teams - a men's team and a Sunday co-ed team for his church. He likes to Kayak on the local San Diego lakes with his wife. Don also loves dogs and has an Old English Bulldog named "Duchess" and a Boxer named "Roxy". He has recently lost approximately 130 lbs after having gastric bypass surgery in October 2009 and he is full of energy and enthusiasm in everything he does!

    John has been in the car business for over 20 years with the last 19 years here at Bob Baker Subaru / Volkswagen.  John has held several positions including Salesperson, F & I Manager and Director, New & Used Car Sales Manager, and now serves as the General Sales Manager.

    John has served 4 years in the Navy. He is married and has a son and a daughter. His interests include Kayaking in the ocean (teasing the sharks) and is an accomplished wood carver.

    Bill has been in the car business for 31 years with the last three right here at Bob Baker Subaru / Volkswagen.  Bill has seen many different roles throughout his years:  Part's Driver, Parts Stockperson, Part's Counterperson, Part's Manager, Parts & Service Director, Salesperson, Finance Manager, and Sales Manager.

    Bill's interest include outdoor photography, camping, hiking, RC cars, building computers, Nascar and off-roading.
