What's new for 2022

The new Subaru Legacy makes a few minor tweaks and changes, updating standard and optional features bur refraining from changing anything else. Trim Overview


The base trim level of the Subaru Legacy comes with dual 7-inch displays, a four-speaker audio system, smartphone connectivity, and automatic climate control. The Base trim also includes EyeSight, which is a bundle of drive assistance features that includes forward collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, and automatic high beam control.


The Premium trim gains a few more creature comforts, like dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and an 11.6-inch touchscreen display.


The Sport trim lives up to its name by providing interested San Diego drivers with gloss black and silver exterior trim, a unique front grille, red accent interior stitching, and 18-inch black-painted wheels.


The Limited trim touts heated rear seats, leather upholstery, a 12-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, and additional driver assistance features (blind spot monitor and reverse automatic braking).

Limited XT

The Limited XT differs from the Limited in the engine realm, adding in a turbocharged engine that makes 260 horsepower/277 pound-feet of torque.

Touring XT

the Touring XT trim is the top-notch option, providing drivers with simulated leather interior trim accents, ventilated/heated front seats, upgraded leather upholstery, and power-folding mirrors.
